By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the apk67 platform available at apk67.club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "apk67," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. Your continued use of apk67 following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

To register and use apk67, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as users.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of apk67 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the apk67 Platform, whether by your own request or by apk67's decision.

apk67 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on apk67. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification;
• A valid and accessible email address;
• A valid Pakistani mobile number (for JazzCash/EasyPaisa users, the number must be the registered wallet number);
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A secure password that you will keep confidential.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. apk67 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify apk67 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

apk67 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without being required to state a reason.

apk67 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast / 1LINK, Retail Cash Deposit (OTC), and Crypto (USDT). All amounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• apk67 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• apk67 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any deposit if it appears unusual in size or frequency.
• Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once wagering has commenced on those funds.

apk67 maintains appropriate anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures. Any deposit suspected of constituting proceeds of crime will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. apk67 reserves the right to require matching of withdrawal method to deposit method as an AML control.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money funds not derived from bonuses may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC clearance.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier and vary by payment method.
• apk67 targets processing of withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval; however, final crediting times depend on your payment provider and are outside apk67's control.
• apk67 reserves the right to impose a short-term delay on withdrawals for security review purposes. Users will be notified if a withdrawal is placed on hold and given a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

apk67 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions where they differ.

General bonus terms applicable to all apk67 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. New-player bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed within the promotional validity period. Failure to complete wagering within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Certain game categories — including live sports betting, certain table games, and live casino titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted by apk67's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• apk67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was settled in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability and live data feed integrity. apk67 accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect in-play data caused by third-party data feed delays or errors.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are set by apk67 and displayed at the bet slip. apk67 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum limits to individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Cricket betting — including PSL matches, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is — is subject to specific cricket rules published separately on the Platform. apk67 follows standard industry cricket settlement rules.

In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of apk67's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in these Terms & Conditions.

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or opening multiple accounts.
• Money laundering: depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to layer, integrate, or conceal the proceeds of crime.
• Collusion: coordinating betting activity with other users to manipulate outcomes, generate artificial turnover, or exploit promotional terms.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: systematically exploiting promotional offers, odds discrepancies, or free bet structures in a manner contrary to the commercial intent of the offer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk67 expressly excludes liability for:

• any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage of any nature;
• interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or governmental action;
• loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• unauthorised access to your account where the breach results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, apk67's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

apk67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, apk67 collects personal data for the purposes of:
